Data we collect

The data you provide in the sincow.co forms: name, company, email address, phone number, the plan you are interested in and your message.

Purposes

• Responding to your requests for information, demos and proposals.
• Sending you commercial proposals related to your request.
• Supporting Sincow customers.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, browsing time and device type). This tool uses cookies and we do not use it to identify you personally. The YouTube video only loads if you play it. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

As the data subject you may access, update and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; be informed about how it is used; revoke your authorization or request deletion when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; and file complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

How to exercise them

Email comercial@tincolsas.co with your name, the right you wish to exercise and how we should reply. By law, inquiries are answered within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days.

Effective date

This policy is effective from January 1, 2023. Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes described.
