Accounts receivable

Receivables software: who owes you, how much and since when.

Each credit invoice creates its receivable and each receipt reduces it. The dashboard shows receivables by age and what falls due this week.

Receivables up to date, without spreadsheets.

Sincow accounts receivable are fed by invoicing and flow to banking and accounting.

Cash receipt

Apply payment to several invoices from one customer in a single receipt, by cash, card, transfer or check.

Early-payment discount

Granted only if the customer pays the full balance within the agreed term.

Automatic advance

If the customer overpays, the excess stays as an advance in their favor.

Receipt by email

The receipt goes automatically to the customer’s email, and you can share its PDF from your phone.

Notes and offsets

Credit and debit notes, and offsets against advances or returns without moving money.

Commissions on collections

Calculate each sales rep’s commission on what was collected, excluding VAT, at a fixed rate or based on how many days the payment took.

Reports and dashboards

The information to decide, without building reports.

All of them export to Excel and PDF.

  • Aging report: not yet due, 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–180, 181–365 and over 366 days
  • Past due and coming due as of a date, to plan collections
  • Customer statement with running balance, and general report by zone and customer
  • Cash receipts and collections by sales rep
  • Accounts receivable dashboard: total receivables, past due, not yet due, what falls due in 7 days and the 10 customers with the highest balance

From invoice to collection, and on to the bank and accounting.

A credit sale creates the receivable with its resolution prefix. The receipt generates the entry and, if paid through the bank, the deposit.
