Inventory and invoicing

Inventory and e-invoicing software in the cloud.

The full sales cycle, from quote to e-invoice, with a stock ledger by warehouse at average cost and your receivables and accounting up to date.

In Sincow, a sale is recorded once and updates every area it touches.

Quotes

Import one or more of the customer’s orders, quotes or delivery notes into the invoice.

Price lists

Dynamic, with a discount percentage, or fixed price, assigned by customer.

Each point with its own warehouse, sequence number, DIAN resolution and accounts.

Receipts, issues, transfers and adjustments at average cost; services and bundles included.

From quote to accounting without re-entering data.

Reports and dashboards

The information to decide, without building reports.

All of them export to Excel and PDF.

  • Inventory valuation at average cost, stock ledger card and items at reorder point
  • Sales by sales rep, customer and item, sales margin and annual sales by item
  • Daily sales reconciliation by payment method and daily sales by point of sale
  • Orders requested, shipped and invoiced, and delivery notes pending invoicing

Purchasing and production fill inventory; sales draw it down.

Purchase receipts and production entries feed the stock ledger. A credit invoice creates the receivable and generates its entry.

Questions about inventory and invoicing

Can I invoice an order or delivery note without re-entering it?

Yes. The invoice imports the customer’s orders, quotes and delivery notes, and you can combine several orders.

What happens if the DIAN rejects the invoice?

It isn’t saved, no stock is deducted and the sequence number isn’t used, and what you entered is kept so you can correct it.

Does it handle multiple warehouses and points of sale?

Yes. The stock ledger is by warehouse, and each point of sale has its own warehouse, sequence number and DIAN resolution.

Can I invoice AIU contracts?

Yes, with Administration, Contingencies and Profit, and VAT calculated only on the profit.
